I have been...

Insanely badly behaved. Let's just say that Taco Bell was involved. As was pie. And ice cream. Really good Dutch Chocolate ice cream.

Okay, I need to work on the food part of this.

Sunday, though, I went to a horse show and rode. And while I haven't done much in the way of really working out because I haven't had much time, I'm planning on doing some stuff tonight, and I've at least been active. And I've meditated! Not always in the morning, but at least I've done it.

Okay, by tomorrow things will be a bit better. Promise.

My Goals

As stated by Kira, our main goal is to be the haa-aat-ahtest bitches on the beach. *Yea I'm in a Doctor Cox mode right now* Anyhoes, we are trying to look good by summer time. My alternative goals however are slightly different

One of my goes is to loose body mass. Another is to tone up and become more lean. Im not sure what else to write..i hate these kinda things. Lol. Writting about my goals that is. As a side note, this is what I did yesterday:

Food:
Breakfast: Egg, Cheese, and Ketchup Sandwhich with milk
Lunch: BLT and the smallest bite of pizza I ever had
Dinner: Half a peice of chicken and some cheese covered veggies, and a bit of apple sauce
Bad Stuff in the Way AM: Milkshake and 3 mozerrella sticks.

My Goals

The main goal for both of us has become going to the beach in the summer and feeling good walking around in our bikinis. However, I think we've both got a few goals that are individual.

One of my goals is to spend 15 minutes meditating every morning. This might not sound like it has anything to do with working out, but I promise it does. Maybe I'll follow the meditation with sword cuts.

Another is to run 3 times a week. I want it to be at least 10 minutes, but I'd really like to work up to running a good bit more. Walking should happen on the days that I don't run.

Since the weather's good, I'd like to spend more time outside riding my horses. Every time I ride, I'll spend at least a brief period of time on one of the horses riding without stirrups. If I can find opportunities to ride bareback, I will.

I don't really care about losing weight-it's not as important as losing some of the flub and gaining muscle. The number doesn't concern me.
Bodywise, the main thing that I want to improve is my legs.
I already have some exercises from my chiropractor, and I need to do those 3 times a week.
I also need to be a bit more concerned with stretching.

I think that's enough for now.
